bit longer today
So i really didn't want to rollerblade today...or work out at all! But i did rollerblade anyway. I usually go up on side of the highlevel bridge and back the other side, But i found that i don't care for the otherside due to the chipped pavement. So i altered my course so it was a bit longer. My new course takes out a hill from the old course but i added 2 smaller ones to compensate. I am feeling really good about my work out but i think that i will have to add abs to my work out cuz well i want an even sexier body than i already got.
I know you all have been saying i don't need to lose weight but the fact of the matter is i can not hold up a steady heart rate for an hour with out being totally drained. The work out schedual is to prepare me to have a work out every day and still remain focused and not dead.
Anyhoo i am going to go now have a ceasar wrap for dinner.
Then i shall do 20 mins of abs..maybe.
Then shower.
