Answer Joel:
Well you could say Karma? or maybe you have too many negative charged ions on your head? YEs that is the answer you have too many negative storm cloud ions on your head and well that storm cloud has too many positively charged ions and well it's just trying to balance out. That's why it rains on your head.

Heather this is sad and easy to answer question. Slave labour from kool-aid addicted monkies. those poor sad sugar and coloured water addicted monkies.
