Did better today

So did the same loop rollerblading today. I did it in 40 mins with a 10lb back pack and 2 less rest spots. But i was slower in my mind becasue i was sore *note to self* more stretching afterwards. *end note* I think 15 lbs will be good next week. I don't know if i should make my trip longer... hmm well we will keep with this for now. man i am pooped.
Has anyone else noticed that showers after a reallly good work out always feels better? well i am going to eat now ... mmm rice and peas .

oh so you all know starting weight 167lbs.

oh if anyone has comments or suggestions on my trim down please post them.
